Inside the chip, we could clearly identify:

- two stacked circular impact points

- a thin lateral crack starting to move outward
Despite the complexity, this windshield chip repair was possible — but only with:
- the right pressure settings,
- the right vacuum cycles,
- a resin formulated for shaded sensor zones,
- and a very controlled injection technique.

After several careful cycles, the resin flowed into every internal cavity of the break.
The half-moon stabilized.
